From humble beginnings to a global leader in insect screen manufacturing
AILIN optimizes production technology, upgrades manufacturing equipment, and continues to expand production capacity.
The new tri-level 50,000-square-meter production facility with an investment of CNY 140 million begins operation. The annual maximum production capacity will grow to 30 million square meters.
The AILIN branch factory was put into operation for Next Generation Insect Screen products (4,000 square meters of production workshop), and new products were exported to professional markets such as the United States, Australia, and Germany.
The annual output of Next Generation Insect Screen products grew to 3 million square meters.
AILIN developed improved wire drawing, weaving, spraying and other processes and equipment; production became more stable and consistent, processes became more refined and integrated, product quality became higher.
The Next Generation Insect Screen products came into being.
AILIN established its first self-owned factory (11,000 square meters production workshop), independently and successfully developed aluminum insect screen production.
Gradually improved the production process with technology and equipment upgrades such as wire drawing, warping, weaving and spraying, and the annual output grew to reach 10 million square meters.
In 2004, starting from the export of fiberglass insectscreen, AILIN began its first step of product research, development and production.
